Serge and his team were awesome. He helped me navigate the complexities of buying a house in (what for me was) a foreign country. He helped me arrange a great mortgage rate ideal for my situation and made sure all of the paperwork was clearly explained so there were no surprises the day I bought the house. Rogier arranged all my insurances so they started the day I acquired the house. Serge also managed to get all the arrangements done in a couple weeks, I’m told that arranging a mortgage usually takes 6 weeks or more in the Netherlands.
