But also with a B label you can get a discount from ABN AMRO for example. As of 2024 when you are bidding for a property with a good energy label you will be able to borrow more then if it had a low energy label. For A++++ properties you can even borrow 50.000,- euro more.
- Projects / new build: Almere is expanding and there are many new build properties. You can register your interest for these projects and if you get selected you will need to arrange a mortgage. It works a little bit different compared to buying a regular property. Nfor example, no transfer tax, no valuation, but your mortgage payments start whilst construction is taking place.
- Heating: Most homes in Almere are connected to city heating. This means you do not need a separate contract with a provider.
