I was looking for a financial advisor after I decided to go on the property market to buy a house in Amsterdam. As an expat and having been living in NL for under a year I needed much help with all the legal procedures and documentation as all official forms are in Dutch of course so I asked some of my work colleagues and I was recommended Independent Expat Finance.

Moving to a new country is never easy. Although this was just a return to Holland for us, we still found it rather involved to get everything going. Theo helped me with my complete insurance package with an unbiased advise which was really helpful! Last week, I had an accident with my car and hit a fox on the road. It damaged my car quite heavily, since there was no one else liable but me I contacted Theo instantly for help in this matter. I had no idea if I was covered for this kind of damage which stressed me out! Theo helped me sort out the claim with the insurance company and made it so that I could get my car fixed and continue with my day to day life!
