- You have been working in the Netherlands for at least 3 years under a Dutch employers contract. In case of self-employment, you need to have at least your company figures of the last 3 years.
- You have a positive credit history (a positive registration at BKR ).
- If your nationality is not European: you need at least a residence permit with the following types: I, II, III, IV, V.
